Objective
The goal was to modernize legacy field operations by replacing manual, paper-based processes with a unified digital ecosystem. By equipping field technicians with a mobile-first tool linked directly to the central ERP, the project aimed to drastically reduce reporting latency and improve data accuracy. The initiative sought to empower management with real-time oversight of utility assets, enabling faster response times to leaks, maintenance requests, and service installations.
